Garden Greens ๐ŸŒฟ๐Ÿฅ—๐ŸŒฑ๐Ÿƒ

Display your favourite greens medley.

Fresh and ready to prepare or eat.

We love to eat greens that are fresh from the garden. Vegetables that are in season are the tastiest and most nutrient dense. We love beet greens, beets, swiss chard, kale, carrots, parsley, arugula and wild lambs quarters to name a few. Also adding fresh herbs to the dish kicks it up a notch.

We pick a handful each day from the garden or purchase from the local farmers market in season.

Sautee in a cast iron pan with your favourite oil such as coconut oil, avocado, sesame or olive oil. Or lightly steam for a warm green treat. Mix and match to make delicious combinations.

Here are some of our favourite combinations.
