We did an interactive food demo presentation at Thyme Again Gardens, a beautiful organic farm and Bed & Breakfast owned by Lorraine Schmid (founder of Down to Earth Nutrition & Wellness). The presentation was on Garlic and Kohlrabi and part of their Kitchen Table Talk series. We discussed health benefits of both vegetables, and showed some great recipes that you and your family can enjoy!
