Hydration - Energizing Electrolyte Drink
Quench your Thirst - Stay hydrated with this Electrifying Drink ๐ง๐ง๐ด

๐ช๐ปElectrolytes and minerals in these drinks help re-hydrate after exercise.
๐ดCoconut water is high in electrolytes and is very hydrating
๐งEnergizing Electrolyte Drink ๐ด
1 cup filtered water
1 cup coconut water
2 tablespoons lemon or lime juice
1 to 2 tablespoons maple syrup or raw honey (optional)
ยผ teaspoon pink Himalayan salt
Optional: Add a splash of rose water, orange blossom, pomegranate juice, mango juice, blue spirulina, watermelon slices or your favourite fruit juice for added natural flavour
Combine all ingredients into a bottle, mix or shake well together.
Pour in a glass or travel bottle for the perfect post- work out drink. Drink fresh or refrigerate up to 2 days.
๐ด Himalayan Mojito Electrolyte Drink ๐ด
ยผ teaspoon of Himalayan salt to lightly line the rim of the glass
ยผ lime wedge
Prepare Energizing Electrolyte Drink mix with lime
10 to 12 fresh mint leaves
Prepare the Energizing Electrolyte Drink mix - with lime.
In another glass, wet rim of glass with lime juice. Roll glass rim in the Himalyan salt. The salt will add more natural electrolytes.
Add mint leaves and lime wedge to bottom of glass. Smush the mint and lime with a spoon to release flavours. For a pina colada taste - add pineapple chunks. They also aid with digestion.

Prepare Energizing Electrolyte Drink mix
10 Strawberries (halved) or 10 - 20 raspberries (fresh or frozen)
1 tbsp rose water
Start with the Energizing Electrolyte Drink mix, then add the rest of the ingredients. Enjoy!
๐ด Lemon Ginger Electrolyte (Super Immune Booster) ๐ด
Prepare Energizing Electrolyte Drink mix
1 tbsp of freshly juiced ginger root or 2 tsp ginger powder
Add the ginger to Energizing Electrolyte Drink mix. Enjoy.
